This is a free-to-enter game of skill. It is not a lottery, sweepstakes of chance, gambling, betting, or wagering activity. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

1. Overview

The IntelliPickz Perfect Bracket Challenge (the "Contest") is a free skill-based prediction competition run in connection with the knockout (playoff) stage of the FIFA World Cup 2026. Participants predict the outcomes of the playoff matches. A participant who correctly predicts every single playoff result without error AND correctly predicts the exact total number of goals scored in the Final may win a share of the Grand Prize, as described in Section 6.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, ESPN, the Walt Disney Company, any sportsbook or betting operator, Tesla, or any other third party. All trademarks and team names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

2. Contest Period

Pre-registration opens: June 27, 2026
Bracket opens: After the conclusion of the final group-stage match (on or about June 27–28, 2026).
Bracket locks: June 29, 2026 at 17:00 UTC / 1:00 PM ET, unless the Sponsor displays a later official deadline in the Contest interface (the "Lock Time").
Contest ends: Upon the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final.

Entries submitted during the extended window remain eligible for the Grand Prize. Sponsor may automatically apply any already-finalized playoff result to all brackets submitted after that match concludes. Participants are strongly encouraged to pre-register. Sponsor's official clock is the sole authority for all timing. Sponsor is not responsible for any entry not received, recorded, or submitted for any reason before the Lock Time.

3. Eligibility

This Contest is open only to natural persons who, as of the date of entry:

Are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater);
Are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, EXCLUDING residents of Arizona, Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington, and excluding any other jurisdiction where the Contest is restricted, prohibited, or would require registration, bonding, or licensing; and
Have a valid IntelliPickz account.

The following persons are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person.

Entry is void where prohibited or restricted by law. It is each participant's sole responsibility to determine whether entering is lawful in their jurisdiction. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to add geographic or other restrictions at any time.

Why these states are excluded: Arizona, Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington impose registration, filing, surety-bond, and/or other restrictions on prize promotions above certain value thresholds. Excluding them avoids those requirements. Confirm the current thresholds with your attorney before launch, as they can change.

4. How to Enter

Entry is completely free. No purchase, subscription, or payment is ever required to enter or to receive the maximum number of entries.

Each eligible participant may earn up to two (2) entries (each a separate, independent bracket) as follows:

Entry #1 - Base Entry (free for everyone): Register or log in to your IntelliPickz account and submit one (1) complete bracket before the Lock Time.

Entry #2 - Bonus Entry (free; multiple ways to earn): A participant may earn one (1) additional bracket entry by completing any one of the following. A premium subscription is not required and does not improve your odds; every method below yields the identical bonus entry:

(a) Referral: Refer a new user who signs up for a free IntelliPickz account using your referral link before the Lock Time; or
(b) Premium subscription: Hold an active IntelliPickz Premium or Pro subscription (including during a free trial) as of the Lock Time; or
(c) Free Mail-In / Email Request (No Purchase Necessary): Send an email to team@intellipickz.com from your registered account email with the subject line "BONUS ENTRY REQUEST," including your full name, account email, and mailing address, received before the Lock Time. Sponsor will grant you the bonus entry at no cost. Limit one (1) bonus entry per person by this method.

A participant may hold a maximum of two (2) total entries regardless of how many methods they complete. Each entry is an independent bracket and must be completed in full and submitted before the Lock Time.

Important: Because every participant can obtain the maximum two (2) entries for free through method (a) or (c), no payment ever buys a better chance of winning. This is what keeps the Contest a free game of skill rather than a paid game of chance.

Entry rules:

One account per person. One household may not operate multiple accounts to obtain additional entries.
A bracket is valid only when all thirty-two (32) picks are completed. Partial brackets are not eligible.
Brackets may be edited any number of times before the Lock Time. After the Lock Time, no changes are permitted for any reason, including technical issues on the participant's side.

5. Bracket Structure & Pick Rules

Each bracket consists of thirty-two (32) total picks across the knockout stage:

Cascade Rule. Picks must advance forward through *your own* bracket. The teams available in each round are determined by your prior-round picks, not by real-world results. A team you eliminated in an earlier round cannot be selected in a later round.

Third-Place Match. This match is contested by your two predicted Semifinal losers. You must select one of them as the third-place winner. This pick counts toward your bracket.

Final Goal Total. In addition to the thirty-two (32) match picks, each bracket must include a prediction of the exact total number of goals scored in the Final (both teams combined, per the official FIFA result after extra time, not counting any penalty-shootout kicks). This prediction is required to submit a bracket, must be exactly correct to win the Grand Prize (see Section 6), and is also used to order the public leaderboard.

Match resolution. Official results recognized by FIFA govern all picks. Results after extra time and/or a penalty shootout are final and count as the match result. If FIFA changes the bracket format, Sponsor may adjust the Contest accordingly with notice to participants.

Voided Picks; Match Irregularities. If any included match is cancelled, postponed, suspended, abandoned, forfeited, or replayed, or if a participating team is withdrawn, replaced, or disqualified, or if no official FIFA result is available for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion: (a) void the affected pick for all participants and advance all brackets without penalty as to that pick; (b) apply the official FIFA-recognized result or ruling once available; or (c) declare the affected round or the entire Contest null and void. Sponsor's determination of the official result of any match, and its application to bracket scoring, is final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for any data-feed error, scoring error, or third-party reporting error, and reserves the right to correct any scoring result at any time before a prize is awarded.

6. Grand Prize

Grand Prize: A total cash pool of Ten Thousand US Dollars ($10,000 USD).
The Grand Prize is awarded only to participant(s) who submit a bracket that (i) correctly predicts all thirty-two (32) playoff results without a single error, and (ii) correctly predicts the exact total number of goals scored in the Final (both teams combined, per the official FIFA result after extra time, not counting any penalty-shootout kicks). A single incorrect match result, or an incorrect Final goal total, disqualifies that bracket from the Grand Prize. There are no partial winners. For all purposes of this Contest, a "perfect bracket" means a bracket that satisfies BOTH (i) all thirty-two (32) match picks correct AND (ii) the exact Final goal total correct. A bracket missing either requirement is not a perfect bracket and is not eligible for any share of the Grand Prize.
If multiple participants submit a perfect bracket, the $10,000 pool is divided equally among all perfect brackets (each perfect bracket counts as one share; a participant with two perfect brackets receives two shares).
If no participant submits a perfect bracket, the Grand Prize is not awarded and no cash is distributed. There is no consolation prize.
The total value of all prizes awarded in this Contest will not exceed $10,000 USD under any circumstances.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the skill of participants. Correctly predicting all 32 outcomes is extraordinarily unlikely, on its own, roughly 1 in 2 billion for a participant selecting at random, and the additional requirement to predict the exact total goals scored in the Final makes a winning bracket rarer still.

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Prize Awarded As-Is. The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The winner is solely responsible for all costs, taxes, and expenses associated with acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize not expressly stated as provided by Sponsor. Any difference between any stated approximate value and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

7. Winner Determination, Notification & Verification

Potential winners are determined by the official final results of the FIFA World Cup 2026 as applied to each submitted bracket.
Potential winners will be notified via their registered account email within seven (7) days after the Final concludes.
Before any prize is paid, each potential winner must complete identity verification (KYC) and provide: (i) a valid government-issued photo ID; (ii) proof of residence; (iii) a completed and signed IRS Form W-9; and (iv) any affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release requested by Sponsor.
Verification documents must be returned within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or return of any notification as undeliverable results in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor is under no obligation to award a forfeited prize.
Sponsor will pay verified prizes within thirty (30) days of completed verification.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any winner receiving $600 or more in a calendar year will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC, and a completed Form W-9 is a condition of payment. Sponsor does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Winners are encouraged to consult a qualified professional.

9. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

The following result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any prize, and a permanent account ban. Sponsor's determination on these matters is final:

Creating or using more than one account, or operating multiple accounts within one household, to obtain additional entries;
Using bots, scripts, macros, automation, or any non-human method to submit or manipulate picks;
Sharing accounts or coordinating picks across accounts to gain an unfair advantage;
Submitting or altering picks after the Lock Time through any exploit, workaround, or API manipulation;
Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or verification;
Attempting to hack, interfere with, manipulate, or reverse-engineer the platform or the Contest;
Collusion or organized manipulation among participants; or
Circumventing eligibility or geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other means.

Sponsor reserves the right to investigate any account and to disqualify any participant where it has a reasonable belief of a violation, even without conclusive proof. Disqualified participants are not entitled to any prize, compensation, or detailed explanation. Any attempt to deliberately damage the platform or undermine the Contest may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize each winner consents to Sponsor's use of their name, username, city/state, and general likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, without further notice or compensation. A winner may decline public identification by notifying Sponsor in writing within seven (7) days of notification; the prize remains awarded and Sponsor may still state that "a winner from [state]" claimed a prize.

11. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://intellipickz.com/policy and is used solely for Contest administration, fraud prevention, verification, and prize fulfillment. Verification data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or to deliver a prize.

12. Limitation of Liability & Release

By entering, each participant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in this Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: technical failures, network or internet outages, platform downtime, lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, errors in transmission, or any cause beyond their reasonable control that prevents a participant from entering or being recorded. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, force majeure, regulatory action, or any cause beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Contest; if so, Sponsor may award the prize among eligible, non-affected entries or withhold it at its discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties' total aggregate liability to any participant arising out of this Contest shall not exceed the value of the prize that participant is verified to be entitled to receive, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Binding arbitration. Except where prohibited, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contest that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Delaware. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. All disputes shall be resolved individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants waive any right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against the Released Parties. No arbitrator may consolidate more than one person's claims.

If the arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Responsible Play Disclaimer

IntelliPickz provides sports analytics and predictive tools. This Contest is a free game of skill for entertainment purposes and is not a sportsbook, betting product, or wagering activity. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available at 1-800-GAMBLER.

15. Right to Amend

Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at any time before the Lock Time, except that the following will not change once pre-registration opens: (a) the free entry requirement (no purchase will ever be required to enter or to obtain the maximum entries); (b) the $10,000 Grand Prize pool; and (c) the requirement of both a perfect bracket and a correct Final goal total to win the Grand Prize. All other terms may be amended, with the updated version posted here under a new version number and date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.

16. General

If any provision of these Rules is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this Contest are final and binding.
This Contest is void where prohibited by law.
