Jayden Quaintance

Knee: The Spurs are expected to exercise extreme caution with the big man, as Quaintance suffered a torn ACL and meniscus with Arizona State in February 2025 before appearing in only four games with Kentucky last season due to severe complications and persistent swelling. The 19-year-old underwent a cleanup procedure on his meniscus in mid-July, and the Spurs will likely want him at 100 percent before ramping him up to basketball activities.

Santi Aldama

Knee: Aldama continues to make progress in his recovery from right knee surgery, though he won't be ready to suit up for Friday's meeting with Houston. Without Aldama on the floor, Zaccharie Risacher, Morez Johnson, Caleb Martin and Moussa Cisse should all continue to see extra minutes.

Sergio de Larrea

Knee: De Larrea sprained his right knee in Monday's win over Miami and is without a definitive timetable for a return to action. However, his absence shouldn't cause any significant waves in the rotation.

Tarik Biberovic

Heel: Right heel bursitis continues to plague Biberovic. Monday's tilt versus the Kings marks his next chance to make his league debut.

Tobias Harris

Calf: Harris suffered a strained left calf ahead of the 2026-27 campaign and has yet to make his debut with the Spurs. The veteran is slowly making progress toward a return, though he should be considered week-to-week until more information is released. The 34-year-old, who signed with San Antonio during the offseason, averaged 13.3 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.5 assists over 27.7 minutes per contest in 63 regular-season appearances with the Pistons in 2025-26.
