Dream vs Sun

Brionna Jones

ATL · F

Leg: This is a tough blow for a Dream team that is sitting in second place in the Eastern Conference. Jones managed to play in just nine games this campaign, finishing with averages of 8.2 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists. Look for the Dream to use a committee approach to soak up those minutes going forward.

Brittney Griner

CON · C

Knee: Griner is sitting out the regular-season finale due to a knee injury. The veteran center was limited to 18 appearances this year, and she's set for unrestricted free agency this offseason.

Kennedy Burke

CON · G

Shoulder: With Connecticut eliminated from playoff contention, Burke is sitting out the remaining four games on the schedule with an eye toward next season. Her absence should allow Nell Angloma and Aaliyah Edwards to handle more playing time. Burke averaged a career-high 8.8 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.4 assists per contest in 37 games this season.

Olivia Nelson-Ododa

CON · C

Knee: Nelson-Ododa is sidelined for the regular-season finale with a knee injury. She has one more year left on her deal after averaging a career-high 10.1 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.6 assists for the Sun in 2026.

Rayah Marshall

CON · C

Knee: Marshall suffered a knee injury shortly after checking in and won't be able to continue in this one. Nell Angloma could see a few more minutes in Marshall's absence.

Saniya Rivers

CON · G

Ankle: Rivers is missing the regular-season finale with an ankle injury. She's under contract for next year after averaging 6.9 points, 3.1 assists and 1.1 steals per game over 38 appearances in 2026.
